Director General of Pakistan Press Agency (APP), Muhammad Asim Khishi, congratulated Mr. Younis Enayat, Director General of Tafa'al Saudi Arabia, the official Saudi newspaper and social media platform, on the occasion of his 14 years of distinguished service in the field of journalism and media.
In his congratulatory message to Mr. Younis Enayat and his team, Kheshi commended the prominent role played by Saudi Interaction in conveying the visionary image of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia locally and internationally, and strengthening fraternal relations and cooperation between the Kingdom and Pakistan.
He said: “In this media age, your newspaper and media platform play a pivotal role in highlighting the deep ties between our two countries and strengthening the spirit of friendship and mutual cooperation.”
He also expressed his admiration for the wide reach achieved by Saudi Interaction, which serves more than seven million followers and provides comprehensive media coverage of the most important events and developments in the Kingdom, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Khishi pointed to the recent meeting between Pakistan's Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tatar, and his Saudi counterpart, Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, where the two sides agreed to form a joint committee for media production, including the production of songs, films, and documentaries.
They also emphasized enhancing cooperation in various media fields, implementing journalist exchange programs, and working together to combat misleading information and malicious propaganda.
