As part of the ongoing efforts to facilitate citizens’ ownership of housing, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia launched the housing support program known as “residential“, which is one of the pivotal government initiatives to achieve housing stability for citizens through flexible financing solutions and multiple housing options.
What is the housing support program?
The Sakani Program is a government initiative that aims to enable Saudi families to own their first home by providing direct financial support and various financing options, in addition to developing housing projects with complete infrastructure and services.
The program aims to enhance the quality of life and support the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030's housing goals.
