Dubai, UAE, July 28, 2025 – Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), the world's largest express transportation company, and INJAZ UAE, a member of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, are empowering youth in the UAE with the skills needed to succeed in an evolving professional landscape. Now in its fifth year, this collaboration has equipped 1,122 students during the 2024–2025 academic year through a series of workshops focused on career readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
A KPMG study shows that around 90% of high school students surveyed in the UAE are already thinking about their career goals, and 72% are developing a clear vision of their future during high school. With nearly 40% of students aged 15–18 aiming to pursue business-related studies, the INJAZ programs presented by FedEx align closely with the students' aspirations, delivering practical learning and mentoring that reflect real business challenges and opportunities.
During the last academic year, FedEx volunteers led a series of in-person workshops, including:
• More than Money, which teaches students in grades 3 to 6 the basics of financial management
• Introduction to Entrepreneurship, which introduces older students to business innovation and creative thinking
• Career Success, which equips high-school and university students with essential skills such as writing resumes, interview preparation, and building a professional digital presence
Beyond delivering the program, FedEx volunteers also shared insights and experiences from their own professional journeys, enriching the sessions with real-world context and inspiration.

The MENA region is home to nearly 140 million people under the age of 30. As more young people begin shaping their futures early, initiatives like the mentoring sessions play a critical role in helping them connect classroom education with meaningful careers.
