As part of its ongoing efforts to develop national capabilities and qualify young talent, the Saudi Ministry of Tourism has launched the "Applied Training" program, aiming to provide students and graduates with practical skills within a real-world work environment at tourism facilities across the Kingdom.

Qualifying national cadres for the labor market
The program comes as part of the Ministry's efforts to enhance the preparedness of national talent and enable them to integrate seamlessly into the labor market. Trainees are given the opportunity to gain direct practical experience that reflects the reality of work in the tourism sector, contributing to the development of their technical and professional skills.
Supporting establishments with young and specialized competencies
In addition to empowering individuals, the program serves tourism establishments by providing qualified and trained young national talent, contributing to reducing the skills gap and creating a new generation capable of managing and operating tourism facilities according to the highest standards.
