Prices witnessed Building materials In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, there were noticeable fluctuations during the month of June of this year, according to the monthly bulletin issued by General Authority for Statistics, which covered the average prices of goods and services in the local market.
Official data revealed a marked disparity in the prices of construction and finishing materials, with some basic commodities recording price increases, while others saw significant declines.
Red sand topped the list of materials that saw the highest increase in June, with the price per cubic meter jumping by 19.12% compared to the same month last year.
The price of a cubic meter of red sand reached 37.88 riyals, compared to its previous price of 31.80 riyals.
