Her Royal Highness Princess Deena bint Saud bin Abdulaziz, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Ceredo 2025, explained that this year's edition will witness a qualitative development in terms of content and participation compared to previous editions. She noted that the exhibition will include a selection of leading local and international companies in the fields of engineering, finance, and real estate development, and will include a series of workshops and professional sessions targeting developers, investors, and professionals working in the real estate sector.
Princess Dina emphasized that the exhibition's organizing committee seeks to enhance the visitor experience and provide content that meets the aspirations of the Saudi real estate market, by showcasing best practices and innovative solutions that serve the sector's growth and development.

The exhibition chairwoman emphasized that Ceredo 2025 is a unique forum that brings together all stakeholders in the real estate sector under one roof, providing an interactive environment for exchanging ideas and developing professional relationships. It also seeks to raise awareness of the importance of real estate ownership and encourage investment in residential and commercial projects by offering tailored financing and marketing packages to visitors, in cooperation with the exhibition's partners, including banks and developers.

The exhibition is part of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing's efforts to promote home ownership programs, with the goal of raising the home ownership rate among Saudi families to 70%. This is part of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to stimulate the private sector, raise the quality of real estate products, and support affordable and sustainable housing solutions.
