The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced the social security disbursement date for August 2025. A fixed official date has been set for pension disbursements every Gregorian month, taking into account the country's official holidays. This comes as part of the ministry's ongoing efforts to provide social and economic protection for all individuals and achieve social justice by providing income and medical care to beneficiaries.

According to official statements from the ministry, the payment date for August 2025 will be brought forward due to the payment date falling on a Friday, a weekly holiday in the Kingdom. Therefore, the payment date will be brought forward to Thursday, July 31, 2025, to ensure that beneficiaries receive their salaries before the holiday, helping meet the needs of beneficiaries without delay.
Social Security Pension Conditions
To ensure that support reaches those eligible, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has set a set of conditions that must be met by applicants for social security benefits. These conditions are as follows:
Saudi nationality, with continuous residence within the Kingdom.
The applicant must not be less than 60 years old.
The period of work in the Kingdom must not be less than 15 years.
The applicant must have been a member of the retirement system for 10 years or more.
