Return of the administrative body and educational supervisors 18 Safar 1447 AH corresponding to August 12, 2025 AD
Teachers return on 23 Safar 1447 AH corresponding to August 17, 2025 AD
The academic year begins on 1 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH
The calendar includes a number of holidays.
The most prominent of which is the National Day holiday on 1 Rabi` al-Thani 1447 AH (September 23, 2025 AD)
And two additional holidays on the 20th of Rabi’ al-Akhir and from the 20th to the 23rd of Jumada al-Akhira
While students get a break in the middle of the first semester (“fall break”).
During the period from 30 Jumada al-Ula to 8 Jumada al-Akhira (November 21 to 29, 2025 AD).
The mid-year break extends from Rajab 20 to Shaban 28.
Followed by the Founding Day holiday on Ramadan 5 (February 22, 2026 AD)
Eid al-Fitr holiday from 17 Ramadan to 9 Shawwal
The calendar includes Eid al-Adha holiday.
From 5 Dhu al-Hijjah to 15 Dhu al-Hijjah
The end-of-year vacation begins on 10 Muharram 1448 AH.
Students will return to the new academic year on 10 Rabi` al-Awwal 1448 AH.

The return of the administrative body and educational supervisors begins on August 11th.
Followed by the return of teachers on August 16
It actually starts on August 24th and includes a number of holidays.
The most prominent of which is the National Day holiday on 12-15 Rabi' al-Thani, corresponding to 23-26 September.
Autumn break from 10 to 18 Jumada al-Thani (November 20-28)
The mid-year break extends from Rajab 30 to Sha'ban 8, January 8 to 16.
Followed by the Founding Day holiday from 12-15 Ramadan (19-22 February)
Eid Al Fitr holiday from Ramadan 19 to Shawwal 5 (February 26 to March 13)

On the 20th of Rabi' al-Awwal, corresponding to August 22nd, and ending on the 29th of Muharram, corresponding to June 22nd
While the study for the academic year 2028/2029 AD, corresponding to 1450/1451 AH, begins and ends on 29 Muharram.
