The Secretariat explained that these opportunities vary between development, service and entertainment projects, and include the establishment, operation and maintenance of a park at the East Najran Housing Roundabout on an area of 12,413 square meters, in addition to a similar project in the East Airport District No. (2) on an area of 4,411 square meters, and the establishment of a new park in the university plan next to the Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Mosque on an area of 5,728 square meters, in addition to the Aba Al-Saud Park, which will be built on an area of 21,290 square meters.
The opportunities also include a project to develop, construct, and operate the southern part of the livestock market project in eastern Najran, covering an area of 529.082 square meters. This represents an important step in supporting economic activities related to livestock.
Opportunity to establish, operate and maintain private and international schools
In the education sector, an opportunity was announced to establish, operate, and maintain private and international schools in the Al Faisaliah project, covering an area of 15,340 square meters. This step enhances the quality of educational infrastructure and the diversity of options available to families in the area.
Recreational opportunities also included the construction and operation of an entertainment train, air rides, scooters, and children's cars within King Fahd Park, in addition to the construction, operation, and maintenance of 100 food kiosks and vegetable stands distributed across several parks, gardens, and various locations in Najran.
Project to establish and operate a commercial complex in Al-Faisaliah district
On the commercial front, the opportunities included a project to establish and operate a commercial complex in the Al-Faisaliah district, in addition to the restoration, construction, and operation of an existing commercial building belonging to the region's municipality.
The projects also include opportunities to construct, operate, and maintain electronic billboards (“screens”) on buildings and “mobi” advertising billboards, in addition to the restoration, operation, and maintenance of three kiosks in King Fahd Park and on King Saud Road.
