Chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Khalid Al Faisal, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Aviation Club, the first meeting of the Higher Organizing Committee for the Saudi General Aviation Show "Sand & Fun 25" was held on Monday, August 2025, 2025, at Al Thumama Airport in Riyadh.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al-Fahid, General Supervisor of the Saudi Flying Club.
The meeting discussed the most important operational and organizational aspects of the upcoming exhibition. The committee also reviewed the ongoing preparations, in coordination with relevant national authorities, to ensure the organization of an exceptional edition of the exhibition.
