The Council approved the system of expropriation of real estate for the public interest and temporary seizure of Real estateThis comes within the framework of regulating the mechanism for utilizing real estate to implement development and infrastructure projects, ensuring a balance between the requirements of the public interest and the rights of individuals.
Updated Strategy for the Development of Asir Region
The Cabinet also approved the updated strategy for the development of the Asir region, which aims to promote comprehensive development in the region and support tourism and economic investment, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to achieve development balance among the various regions.
View annual reports of government agencies
The Council also reviewed a number of general topics on its agenda, including the annual reports of:
- Support and liquidation center.
- University of Bisha.
