His Excellency the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, considered this strategic step to pave the way for developing the real estate financing market and enhancing its attractiveness, contributing to increasing the rate of home ownership among Saudi families.
The company's CEO, Majeed bin Fahd Al-Abduljabbar, explained that the success of the issuance was achieved thanks to close cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank, the Capital Market Authority, the Financial Sector Development and Housing Programs, and the Public Investment Fund. He noted that this launch will serve as a gateway to attracting more local and international investors.
