Jeddah: Part of Al-Shatea district, part of Al-Andalus district, Al-Sheraa district, Al-Amwaj district.
Al-Ahsa: Al-Faisaliah II, Golden Belt, Al-Faisal, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Yasmin, Al-Yarmouk, Mahasin Aramco I and II, Mahasin II, parts of Umm Sab’a, Al-Rashidiyah I, Al-Nuzha, Cordoba, Muhairis, Al-Sina’iyah, Al-Wurood I and II, Al-Ghuwaiba Agricultural District, in addition to the town of Al-Jishah, Al-Taraf, Al-Iskan, Al-Khazama, Al-Rawdah, Al-Sahla, Al-Majsa, Al-Nakheel, Government Departments Complex, Dates City, Hajar I, Hajar II, and Hajar IV.

Registration deadline
The Real Estate Authority has stressed the need for owners of properties eligible for registration to submit their applications before November 27, 2025, with the possibility of verifying the property's inclusion via the Real Estate Registry platform (https://rer.sa) or the Real Estate Registry app.

Benefits of real estate registration
The Authority explained that the real estate registration aims to raise the level of transparency and reliability in the real estate sector by establishing a unified real estate registry. Each property will be issued a "property number" and a new title deed that includes the precise geographic location, owner information, descriptions, rights, obligations, and real estate transactions.
The new system contributes to documenting ownership and guaranteeing rights, in addition to enhancing the sustainability of the real estate sector and supporting it as one of the main enablers of the Kingdom's vision. 2030.
