Announced Real Estate General Authority About the launch of the business Real estate registration In (157.720) real estate plots distributed over (166) neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, starting from September 7, 2025 AD until December 11, 2025 AD, in a step aimed at enhancing transparency and raising the level of real estate reliability in the Kingdom.
Neighborhoods covered by the eye registration in Riyadh
The first phase of the survey includes a wide range of neighborhoods across the Riyadh region. The targeted neighborhoods have been identified as follows:

Al Majmaah Governorate: (10) neighborhoods, including: Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz neighborhood, Al Andalus neighborhood, Al Basira neighborhood, University Hospital neighborhood, Al Mustaqbal neighborhood, Al Jami’een neighborhood, King Salman neighborhood, Al Faiha neighborhood, King Fahd neighborhood, Al Marqab neighborhood.
The administrative center of Jalajil Governorate: (11) neighborhoods, the most prominent of which are: King Faisal neighborhood, Al-Samriya neighborhood, Al-Shuaiba neighborhood, Old Town neighborhood, Al-Wasta neighborhood, Al-Namuthajiyah neighborhood, Al-Shamalia neighborhood, Al-Jazar neighborhood, Al-Qari neighborhood, Al-Sina’iya neighborhood, and King Fahd neighborhood.
The administrative center in Rawdat Sudair Governorate: (12) neighborhoods, including: Al-Nada neighborhood, Al-Faisaliah neighborhood, Al-Yamamah neighborhood, Al-Rayyan neighborhood, Al-Morouj neighborhood, Al-Sina’iyah neighborhood, Al-Taawun neighborhood, Al-Ghadeer neighborhood, Al-Manar neighborhood, Al-Nakheel neighborhood, Al-Hazm neighborhood, in addition to the government land organization plan south of the approved Al-Hosun plan No. 731 Commercial.

Registration mechanism and implementation steps
The Real Estate Authority confirmed that the first real estate registration will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform rer.sa.
Or through service centers, provided that registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements.
Each registered real estate unit will be issued a property number and a title deed containing accurate, detailed data, including the property's description, condition, and associated rights and obligations. This will be based on geospatial information to enhance infrastructure and ensure the sustainability of the real estate sector.
Objectives of real estate registration
The implementation of the real estate registration system is part of the Authority's efforts to raise the level of real estate reliability and develop a transparent investment environment, in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The authority urged property owners in the targeted neighborhoods to verify their title deeds and ensure that the necessary conditions are met before starting registration, stressing the possibility of inquiring about the process steps through official channels or the customer service center at 199002.
