The National Center of Meteorology in Saudi Arabia announced in its daily report that the Kingdom is experiencing unstable weather conditions today, including moderate to heavy thunderstorms and active surface winds that will stir up dust and sand. Warnings of flash floods are also in place in some areas.

The center indicated that the weather conditions will affect the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah, where heavy thunderstorms are expected, which could lead to flash floods, accompanied by hail and active surface winds. Fog is also likely to form in the highlands, which could reduce horizontal visibility.
