Registration deadline and verification methods
The Real Estate Registry confirmed that property owners located within these districts are required to register their properties before November 27, 2025, noting that the property's location can be verified if it is within the declared areas via the Real Estate Registry platform.
Registration and communication steps
The Real Estate Registry has called on property owners to register through the Real Estate Registry platform (rer.sa) or via the Real Estate Registry app, with the possibility of contacting the customer service center at 199002 to inquire about the required procedures and steps.
He stressed the need to adhere to the specified period for registering real estate in order to benefit from the services of the Real Estate Registry, carry out real estate transactions with ease, and avoid the penalties and fines stipulated in the Real Estate Registration System.

Documenting ownership and increasing transparency
The Real Estate Registry explained that a property number and title deed will be issued for each registered real estate unit, including the precise geographic location, owner information, descriptions, rights, and obligations, as well as all real estate transactions occurring within the property. This system aims to accurately document real estate ownership, contributing to the sustainability of the real estate sector and enhancing its reliability.
