The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia launched the Rafid Al-Haramain initiative in partnership with Umm Al-Qura University. 2- Crowd Management and Delegation: Specialized training aimed at organizing the movement of pilgrims and Umrah performers in a safe and efficient manner, while taking into account reducing congestion and ensuring everyone's safety.
3- Social Intelligence Skills: A program that focuses on developing communication skills and understanding visitors' needs, to enhance positive interaction and reflect the Kingdom's image of high-class treatment of the Guests of God.
4- Enriching the experience of the Guests of God: Providing innovative methods and advanced services that enhance the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for while performing the rituals.
