An idea about Wofoud Company and how it helps develop the tourism sector in Saudi Arabia?
The company is dedicated to providing executive services to delegations and VIPs, considering that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is currently a top destination for countries around the world. Therefore, it requires the presence of specialized staff to receive guests and deal with them with high professionalism in reception, transportation, follow-up, arranging appointments and the procedures they need, exhibition and conference tourism, receiving delegations, dealing with them, and providing facilities and reservations in all cities of the Kingdom.
What distinguishes Wofoud Company as the first company specializing in guest reception protocols from other exhibition and event companies?
Wofoud Company participates in exhibitions and conferences in the Kingdom throughout the year. In the past, the Kingdom had specific seasons for tourism, but things are different now, as there are now exhibitions and conferences throughout the year. Wofoud Company came to cover the tasks that facilitate the officials, and took over the aspect of reception, hospitality, reservations and arrangements with hotels and following up on everything the guests need, and we inform them of everything inside the Kingdom and introduce them to the tourist areas in the Kingdom. We facilitate the guests’ access to more than one place.

The important thing about hospitality in the Kingdom is reception, ceremonies, protocol, and etiquette from a Saudi perspective, because there is a culture specific to the Kingdom and there is a dedicated global protocol. It is important to learn the culture, expand it, and highlight it to our guests, as well as how to deal with the guest.
