The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque continues to intensify its field efforts to ensure the comfort and safety of the Guests of God. This includes regulating crowd movement within the corridors and courtyards of the Grand Mosque, ensuring smooth flow of traffic and preventing overcrowding, especially with the increasing number of visitors and pilgrims.

In this context, field teams work around the clock to maintain the cleanliness of the sanctuary, deploying hundreds of workers and advanced equipment to ensure a healthy and safe environment that reflects the sanctity of the place and enhances the quality of services provided.
The Presidency also intensified its field services by providing:
Emergency teams trained to deal with any emergency situations
Guidance and orientation teams to help visitors perform their rituals with ease.
Thousands of bottles of chilled Zamzam water are distributed regularly.
These ongoing efforts are part of the General Presidency's plan to achieve the highest standards of service and enhance the visitor experience, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques and improve the services provided there.
