The Riyadh Art Program, affiliated with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, announced the launch of the fifth edition of the “Noor Riyadh” celebration, which will take place from November 20 to December 6, 2025, with the participation of a group of prominent Saudi and international artists, under the slogan “In the Blink of an Eye.”
Light of Riyadh
The celebration aims to transform Riyadh into a vibrant open art gallery, presenting innovative light works that reshape the city's features and invite residents and visitors to discover it from new and unique perspectives.
His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Culture, Board Member of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, and Chairman of the Riyadh Art Program Steering Committee, emphasized that this year's theme reflects the dynamic urban and cultural transformation the capital is experiencing and represents a pivotal moment in its development journey. He also noted that the celebration reinforces the program's commitment to promoting public art as a pillar of the cultural landscape, enriching the daily experience of the community and visitors, and consolidating Riyadh's position as a global creative city.
