The General Authority for Statistics announced that the real GDP of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia increased by 5% during the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period last year, driven by growth in various economic sectors.

The authority explained that oil activities recorded an increase of 8.2% year-on-year, while non-oil activities grew by 4.5%, and government activities increased by 1.8%, according to its rapid estimates.
The authority confirmed that the rapid estimates aim to provide decision-makers and economic analysts with preliminary and accurate data on the performance of the national economy, adding that these estimates are completed immediately after the end of each quarter, even before all the detailed data is completed.
