The company concluded NHC Innovation Its strategic participation in World Proptech Summit The 2025 event, held in Riyadh on October 26 and 27, announced the launch of the TechHub platform and the signing of three strategic partnerships aimed at promoting technological integration and innovation in the real estate and municipal sectors.
The company’s booth at the accompanying exhibition witnessed a large turnout of investors, specialists and visitors who interacted with the interactive presentations and technical workshops that showcased the latest PropTech and smart city solutions and technologies, confirming NHC Innovation’s leadership in this field.
Growing interest in real estate and municipal technologies
In his opening remarks at the summit, Engineer Ryan Al-Aql, CEO of NHC Innovation, explained that the company pays great attention to real estate and municipal technologies as a key focus of its business, noting that the previous strategic partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate was one of the most important factors of success.
He affirmed that the company continues to support and enable innovation and entrepreneurship in the PropTech sector, and to enhance digital integration and business intelligence across its real estate platforms.
Launch of TechHub and Wasl platforms
During the summit, Engineer Ryan Al-Aql announced the launch of the TechHub platform, which aims to accelerate the adoption of real estate technologies and enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors.
The “Wasl” platform, the first digital integrated financing platform in the Kingdom, was also launched to provide innovative and flexible financial solutions that support the real estate market and contribute to improving the experience of users and investors.
New strategic partnerships to boost innovation
NHC Innovation signed two Memoranda of Understanding with Bank Albilad and Alinma Bank to develop innovative digital financing solutions, in addition to a cooperation agreement with Kinda platform to develop digital solutions that support real estate appraisal companies, which contributes to raising the efficiency and reliability of appraisal processes and improving the quality of data and procedures within the Saudi market.
Distinguished attendance and specialized workshops
During the summit, the company participated in two keynote speeches and organized more than seven workshops in which it showcased the latest technologies and digital services in the fields of real estate and smart cities, thus strengthening its presence as one of the most prominent innovative entities in the Saudi market.
The role of artificial intelligence on the Sakani platform
During his keynote address, Engineer Waleed Al-Harkan, CEO of the Sakani platform, emphasized that the platform is part of an integrated system that includes the developer, the financier, the broker, and the user. He pointed out that Sakani relies on artificial intelligence and data analysis to support decisions and provide smart recommendations that enhance transparency and shorten the user's journey to ownership.
TechHub platform: A gateway to digital integration
Engineer Marwan Al-Zamil, CEO of the Digital Sector, reviewed the details of the TechHub platform as a digital gateway that enables companies and partners to link their systems with NHC Innovation services and platforms via APIs, allowing the building and testing of innovative technological solutions that support digital integration.
He explained that the platform includes more than 25 software interfaces and 13 digital services available across four platforms, which contributes to enhancing innovation and business intelligence in the real estate and municipal markets.
My country's maps: A cornerstone of digital transformation in smart cities
For his part, Professor Yasser Al-Obaidan, CEO of the Baladi platform, explained that Baladi Web Maps relies on the latest Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies to link and unify spatial data sources, making it one of the most important enablers of real estate technologies.
He pointed out that solutions such as Baladi+, Mumtaal and City View contribute to building accurate indicators that support decision-makers and raise the efficiency of services, explaining that the Baladi+ application has exceeded 3 million downloads, while the number of points of interest and landmarks has reached more than 16 million points.
